Hello! It is bittersweet that you found me. I am so sorry for your heartbreak and loss. I've experienced the loss of my Grandparents, friends, pets, and most recently my darling Husband; I understand how important trust and compassion are during this difficult time.

I will handle your Loved Ones' or Pets' ashes with extreme care and respect while crafting your memorial jewellery.

Memory Lane was created to address the lack of reasonably priced cremation ashes jewellery options available online. Many Gold Plated, Silver, and Solid Gold memorial pieces can cost between $100-$800. Therefore, I strive to offer options that fit comfortably within your budget while still maintaining beautiful designs.

If you have a custom memorial piece in mind that isn't yet part of the collection, please feel free to reach out to me to discuss it. I may be able to accommodate your needs!

Respectfully, Sasha

Can I have the ashes of both family members made into one memorial? Yes! I can incorporate both into one memorial piece. Just send their ashes in the same envelope, but in different ziplock bags.

Can I request a different colour for the design I want? Very likely yes! Please use the contact form to let me know your desired colour. Once we finalize the details, I will advise on how to proceed with the purchase. Please note that some of the memorial pieces automatically come with a colour choice, which I will confirm with you after you place your order. I've got you!

I didn't receive the email with instructions where to send the ashes. Please check your spam/junk folder in your email. If you still don't see it there then please use the contact form to reach out to me and I will re-send the instructions to you.

How do I care for the memorial jewellery? Plain stainless steel is low-maintenance, water-resistant, and tough, but it can collect oils, dirt, and fingerprints over time. To clean, mix a few drops of mild dish soap or gentle liquid soap into a bowl of warm water. Soak the jewellery for 5–10 minutes, then use a soft lint-free cloth or a soft-bristled toothbrush to gently scrub away grime in small crevices. Rinse thoroughly with warm water to remove any soap residue and dry completely with a soft microfiber cloth.

Gold plating is a thin layer over the steel base, so avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or vigorous scrubbing, as these can strip the gold layer away. To maintain your custom memorial pieces, use a mild damp cloth to wipe down the piece after each wear.

If your gold-plated jewellery is dirty, mix mild liquid soap with lukewarm water and dip the jewellery briefly—never let it soak for extended periods. Gently wipe with a soft cloth or cotton swab, and avoid using a toothbrush, baking soda, or harsh polish. Rinse gently and pat dry immediately with a soft cloth.

Always apply products like makeup, perfume, lotion, hairspray, and sunscreen before wearing your jewellery and let them dry completely to avoid chemical exposure. It's also best to remove gold-plated jewellery before exposure to water such as showering, swimming in chlorinated pools, ocean water, or during workouts.

To protect your jewellery, avoid friction by not wearing gold-plated rings or bracelets alongside hard metallic pieces that rub against them.

Store your memorial jewellery in a cool, low-humidity area away from direct sunlight (avoid leaving them in the bathroom where steam accumulates).
